How does your mobile detailing service work? Do I need to supply water or power?

We bring our fully equipped mobile detailing unit directly to your home, office, or garage. Our team brings all necessary tools, cleaning agents, and equipment. All we need is access to your vehicle and keys to get started.

What is the difference between the Premium and Supreme Detail packages?

The Premium Package ($190 – $290) covers a full exterior foaming hand wash, wheel cleaning, and thorough interior vacuuming with component wipe-downs. The Supreme Package ($225 – $325) includes everything in Premium plus deep carpet and seat shampooing, headliner cleaning, vinyl dressing, and a hand-applied exterior protective wax.

How long does a mobile detailing session take to complete?

Session times depend on the service chosen and vehicle condition:

Add-on services: 40 – 60 minutes
Buffing & Ceramic Coating: 120 – 240 minutes
Premium Detail Package: 180 – 270 minutes
Supreme Detail Package: 210 – 300 minutes

What factors determine the final price within the given price range?

Pricing ranges reflect vehicle size, layout (sedan vs. 3-row SUV/truck), and the overall condition of the interior and exterior. We confirm exact costs before starting any work so there are never any surprises.

Do I need to be present for the entire detailing appointment?

No. You only need to be there at the start to unlock the car and hand over the keys, and at the end to inspect the finished result. Many of our clients work or relax inside while we perform the service in their driveway.

Can you remove stubborn hard water spots, headlight fog, or engine grease?

Yes! We offer targeted extra services ($55 – $85 each) specifically designed for hard water spot removal from paint and glass, full headlight restoration for foggy lenses, and deep engine bay degreasing and detailing.

How far in advance should I book my detailing appointment?

We recommend booking 2 to 4 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot. However, we do offer same-day or next-day availability whenever our mobile schedule permits.

What payment methods do you accept once the service is finished?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and electronic payments. Payment is only due after the detailing service is complete and you are 100% satisfied with the outcome.
